Johannes Nicolaas Jacobs and Others v Christiaan Bester and Others

The first applicant was a director of the fifth applicant company which leased a farm (Remainder of Farm Risjei Vallei No.553) from the Kanaan Trust, represented by the second to fourth applicants as trustees.
