Fuzile Mbalane v Ntombomzi Mbalane and Others

The applicant (father) and first respondent (mother) had an intimate relationship from 1988 resulting in four children. They separated in 1995, after which the applicant married another woman. Their son, Siyamthemba Mbalane, died intestate on 24 December 2024 and was buried at his maternal home on 2 January 2025.
