A S Narainsingh v Kuar Singh and Another

A court hearing an appeal from summary judgment should not set aside the judgment on grounds that are irrelevant to the relief claimed. Alleged deficiencies in a contract that do not relate to the specific obligations being enforced do not constitute a bona fide defence.
